About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. US IT / Engineering Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels, including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, social media and other job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (JobDiva)
