Job Description
You will lead production support for integrated supply chain applications across sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, and aftermarket processes, ensuring continuous operation and high system availability.
Key responsibilities include effectively managing day-to-day
critical incidents to successful completion within SLAs, managing escalations including complex/cross functional issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues to prevent reoccurrence and reduce future ticket volume, performing change reviews and providing Run manager approvals. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in ISC-specific business processes and workflows, quickly identifying and resolving issues that impact supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on service operations for Enterprise IT Applications; metrics, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Organize and drive meetings with application support, IT application Owner, IT Business Partners and functional teams to review current activities and improve operating processes
- Managing projects to implement standard support processes and tools, driving automation and innovation in delivering applications support. Transition of new projects and deployments to standard support model, supporting compliance audits and vendor management.
- Need to work with support vendor to ensure Honeywell Aerospace support standards are followed, escalations are managed and SLA are maintained by regular follow ups. Proactively monitor applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address disruptions and ensure quick resolution of incidents affecting the end-to-end supply chain.
- Review CMBD periodically and make sure all application details are updated, with special attention to system dependencies and integrations that are unique to supply chain operations.
- Maintain Service Now applications dashboards and reports, using analytics to track key supply chain metrics such as turnaround time for critical incident resolution, system uptime, and user satisfaction specific to ISC applications.
- You will be the primary interface to Functional Owners, Service Owners and super users to manage incidents, escalations, and ticket reviews, with a focus on stakeholders in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing.
- You will be a key member of the Enterprise Run team, engaging in all aspects of Run support for Integrated Supply Chain solutions, including ERP modules, integrations and middleware.
- Ensure patching, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery testing for applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience interacting and coordinating efforts at multiple levels throughout an organization
- Development experience in at least one major technology stack, such as .NET or Java
- Solid understanding of application security principles and practices.
- Experience with application architecture design and implementation.
- Experienced in ITSM best practices.

- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification.
- Hands-on expertise working with APIs, SFTP, and EDI middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.
