Senior IT Administrator responsible for managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity and access management, SaaS applications, and systems for globally distributed teams.
- Manage Google Workspace for 100+ employees and administer multiple Workspace domains.
- Perform Google Workspace migrations covering Gmail, Google Drive, Shared Drives, Calendar, users, and Google Groups.
- Administer AWS IAM and Google Cloud Platform projects and access.
- Manage enterprise SaaS platforms including Slack, Trello, GitHub, 1Password, Cloudflare, Heroku, and Vercel.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, user lifecycle, access control, and SaaS licensing.
- Administer Linux and Windows systems, including enterprise infrastructure and production servers.
- Configure and maintain email authentication and domain security using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Implement and maintain IAM, SSO, SAML, MFA, and security controls.
- Support globally distributed and remote teams, ensuring reliable IT services and timely technical support.
- Manage IT assets, hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure operations.
- Conduct Google Workspace security audits and improve security, compliance, and operational processes.
- Drive process improvements and cloud/infrastructure initiatives to improve reliability, security, and efficiency.
