Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution.
- Create and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on-site implementation matches design intent.
- Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language.
- Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation.
- Integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Design with specialisation in interiors.
- Professional experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership.
