Role Description
We are looking for passionate and experienced Interior Design professionals to join our team in Bengaluru for full-time, on-site roles across the following positions:
- Interior Designer: minimum 1.5 years to 3.5 years of experience
- Senior Interior Designer:minum 3.5 years to 5 years of experience
- Lead Designer: minimum5+ years of experience
This role is focused on residential interior design projects, where you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Space planning and layout development for residential interiors
- Preparation of detailed construction drawings
- Selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
- Client handling and requirement understanding
- Team handling and coordination with internal teams
- Managing projects from concept to completion
- Ensuring design quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications & Skills- Strong interior design sense with a keen eye for aesthetics and detailing (mandatory)
- Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Space Planning and understanding of architectural principles
- Proficiency in preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Experience in FF&E selection and procurement
- Strong client handling and team management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
