Job Title: Sr. Inside Sales Manager – IoT / Digital Transformation

🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional who can take ownership of lead generation, pipeline building, and early-stage opportunity conversion for our IoT, AR, and Digital Transformation solutions.
You will work closely with leadership and sales teams to drive high-quality engagements with enterprise clients.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting
- Drive targeted outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach) for enterprise accounts
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders like CXOs, Plant Heads, IT/Operations Heads
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Inside Sales & Opportunity Development
- Conduct initial discovery calls and understand client pain points
- Position IoT, AR, and Digital Transformation solutions effectively
- Schedule and coordinate high-quality meetings/demos for the sales team
Ownership & Impact
- Take ownership of lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing teams
- Contribute to refining go-to-market strategies and outreach approaches
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Sales
- Strong experience in enterprise prospecting and outbound sales
- Exposure to IoT / Industrial Automation / SaaS / Technology solutions
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of generating and converting high-quality leads
