Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr Import-Export Documentation - Custom Broker based in Mumbai, The role involves managing import and export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory standards, and coordinating with clients and government authorities. Additionally, the individual will oversee customs brokerage activities, resolve related inquiries, and support international trade operations seamlessly. Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely service will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customs Brokerage to handle clearances and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Experience in both Import and Export operations, including documentation and processes.
- Knowledge of International Trade practices, policies, and regulations.
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and address client needs.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Educational background in logistics, international trade, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with trade-related tools and software is an advantage.
