Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and policy implementation across multiple locations in India.
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment campaigns, ensuring quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and facilitate constructive dialogue to maintain a positive, legally compliant workplace culture.
- Administer compensation & benefits programs, including payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and leave management.
- Drive HR analytics by tracking key metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity) and generating actionable insights for leadership.
- Design and roll out HR initiatives—such as performance management cycles, training needs assessment, and employee wellness programs—to boost retention and productivity.
