Role Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, incentives, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRMS
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for payroll reconciliation
- Generate payroll reports and MIS for management review
- Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions
- Support audits by providing required payroll data and documents
- Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll information
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and HR Operations, including overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and the ability to resolve workplace conflicts effectively
- Expertise in HR Policies and a thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in various tools and technologies relevant to Human Resources (HR) management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager HR role is highly desirable
