Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and factory HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant staff, workers, supervisors, and engineers.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Conduct interviews and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment database and MIS reports.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management:
- Monitor daily attendance, shift management, and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
- Handle overtime calculations and statutory deductions.
3. Statutory Compliance (Manufacturing Setup):
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and audits.
- Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations:
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain cordial relations between management and workers.
- Support in handling labor disputes if any.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
5. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee personal files and documentation.
- Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, etc.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure implementation.
- Exit formalities and full & final settlement.
6. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs for workers and staff.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records.
7. Performance Management:
- Assist in appraisal process.
- Maintain KPI and performance records.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle blue-collar workforce.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or MSW (HR).
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
