Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for a reputed manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong experience in managing blue-collar workforce, statutory compliance, and employee relations within a factory setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations and lifecycle
- Handle bulk hiring, especially blue-collar recruitment
- Oversee payroll coordination and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act)
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and audits
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy relations
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR functioning
Key Skills Required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Hands-on experience with payroll and attendance systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
