ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. HR Executive who will own the complete employee lifecycle at GMR — from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, retention, and offboarding. This is a strategic-operational role that requires someone equally comfortable crafting recruitment strategies and ensuring statutory compliance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, scheduling, and offer rollout
· Conduct vigorous screening calls, coordinate managerial rounds, assessment rounds, and psychometric evaluations
· Leverage multiple sourcing channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and internal referrals
· Track and report on recruitment KPIs including Time to Hire, Cost to Hire, Offer Acceptance %, and Sourcing Channel Efficiency
· Proactively monitor talent pipeline and maintain backup candidates through appraisal cycles
· Reduce offer-to-joining drop-off through structured candidate engagement activities
B. Onboarding & Induction
· Execute structured onboarding: welcome emails, new joinee forms, system access, welcome kit, and office tour
· Facilitate induction meetings with Co-Founder and reporting managers
· Ensure background/reference checks and documentation completion prior to joining
C. Statutory & Payroll Compliance
· Maintain employee records for EPFO and ESIC portals
Ensure timely and accurate PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) contributions, filings, and compliance through our consultant.
· Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate statutory deductions and disbursements each month
D. Performance Management & Retention
· Set up and track 90-day probation reviews with managers; conduct 30/60/90-day employee feedback cycles
· Administer KRA-setting, OKR tracking at department level, and bi-annual self-appraisal cycles (April & September)
· Track and report on Employee Turnover Rate, Voluntary vs Involuntary Attrition, and 90-Day & 1-Year Retention Rates
· Support succession planning conversations and maintain talent maps
· Drive employee engagement through quarterly townhalls, foundation day celebrations, and recognition programs
· Administer compensation and rewards framework; recommend competitive salary benchmarks
E. HR Operations & Policy
· Be the go-to advisor for employees and managers on HR policies, compensation & benefits, and grievance handling
· Handle absence management, disciplinary procedures, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and non-performance protocols (verbal/written warnings, suspension)
· Own training needs identification and evaluation of training programs for teams and individuals
· Maintain and update the Employee Lifecycle documentation and HR SOPs
F. Offboarding
· Manage smooth exit processes: resignation acknowledgement, knowledge transfer, F&F settlements, and experience/relieving letters
· Conduct exit interviews and synthesize insights to reduce attrition
· Deactivate system access (Basecamp, Keka, Mail IDs) and collect company assets on last working day
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed
- Strong understanding of all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and offboarding
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (Keka preferred), Excel, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and KPI reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Analytical mindset with strong goal orientation and attention to detail
REMUNERATION
· 30K – 45k in hand (Depending upon interview performance)
LOCATION
· A111, 3rd floor, Sector 63, Noida
TIMINGS
· Day Shift Timings – 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.
