Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer – FPGA- Avionics (DO254)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat / Pune

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer with deep expertise
in designing and developing embedded hardware systems for avionics or automotive applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and strong technical capability
in circuit design, PCB development, hardware verification, and compliance with global aerospace
standards.
Key Responsibilities
Embedded Hardware Design
- Design and develop embedded hardware for avionics systems, including power electronics,
digital and analog circuits, and high-speed interfaces.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, simulations, and component selection.
- Ensure compliance with DO-160G, DO-254, ISO 26262, MIL-STD-461.
PCB Layout
- Create schematics and support PCB layout using Altium, Cadence, etc.
- Conduct SI/PI and thermal analyses.
- Review PCB layouts for manufacturability and reliability.
Hardware Verification & Validation
- Develop and execute test plans for unit, integration, and system tests.
- Conduct EMI/EMC, thermal, vibration testing per DO-160G.
- Debug issues and implement corrective actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with software, systems, and mechanical teams for seamless integration.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for components and technical assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master’s in electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- experience in embedded hardware development. - Strong analog/digital/power
electronics design expertise.
- PCB experience with Altium/Cadence.
- Knowledge of DO-160G, DO-254, ISO 26262, MIL-STD-461.
- Debugging experience with lab instruments.
- FPGA/HDL familiarity is a plus.
