WE’RE HIRING: GRAPHIC DESIGNER (STILL + MOTION)

🧠 What You’ll Do (aka your daily chaos):
- Design scroll-stopping social media posts, ads, thumbnails & newsletters
- Create videos, motion graphics, sales decks & brand collaterals
- Turn “just an idea” into visuals that actually make sense
- Storyboard → shoot → edit → animate → repeat
- Work with multiple teams without losing layers (or patience)
- Manage deadlines like a pro (or at least pretend convincingly)
- Keep everything on-brand, on-point, and on time
🎯 You’re Our Person If:
- You have 1–3 years of design experience (agency folks, we see you 👀)
- You understand colors, fonts, spacing & vibes
- You can explain why you designed something (not just “felt cute”)
- You love motion graphics as much as still design
- You’re organized, curious, and low-key obsessed with good design
- You enjoy startup energy (read: fast, fun, sometimes chaotic)
