We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer who can architect, build, and productionize intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models. You will own end-to-end development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, agentic workflows, and high-quality LLM pipelines. The role demands strong programming fundamentals combined with deep expertise in modern LLM techniques, retrieval strategies, and agent orchestration.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize LLM-powered applications using Transformers, prompt engineering, function calling, and agentic architectures.
- Build and productionize RAG pipelines including retrieval algorithms, re-ranking mechanisms, Approximate Nearest Neighbors (ANN) indexing, and efficient vector search.
- Architect and orchestrate Agentic Workflows that autonomously plan, reason, use tools, and execute complex multi-step tasks.
- Perform data modeling, create and maintain Golden Datasets, and handle dataset categorization for fine-tuning, evaluation, and alignment of LLMs.
- Implement citation mechanisms and grounded generation to ensure factual accuracy and traceability of LLM outputs.
- Apply critical thinking to evaluate, debug, and improve model behavior, hallucinations, and overall system reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, production-grade Python code leveraging strong Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into larger products and platforms.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS).
- Proven proficiency in Python, with the ability to write efficient, scalable, and well-structured code for complex problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, including Transformer architectures, along with hands-on experience in prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience working with retrieval systems, including retrieval algorithms, Approximate Nearest Neighbor (ANN) indexing, and re-ranking strategies to improve result relevance.
- Familiarity with implementing citation and grounding mechanisms to ensure factual accuracy and traceability in LLM outputs.
- Hands-on exposure to agentic workflow orchestration, including designing multi-step AI systems and integrating function calling capabilities.
- Strong experience in data modeling, structuring datasets, and building high-quality golden datasets for evaluation and categorization.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate model outputs, identify gaps, and continuously improve system performance.
- Practical experience through projects or work involving end-to-end LLM applications, including retrieval, reasoning, and response generation pipelines.
