Role: Sr. Functional Consultant – OFSAA ERM Suite
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – OFSAA ERM Suite to lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle OFSAA ERM solutions across ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP, and PFT. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in banking risk management, regulatory frameworks, stakeholder management, and end-to-end OFSAA project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business, treasury, finance, and risk stakeholders
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into OFSAA functional solutions
- Configure OFSAA ERM modules including ALM, LRM, Basel, FTP, and PFT
- Design and validate scenarios for ALM, Liquidity Risk, Basel, and stress testing
- Define data mapping, business rules, and functional validation requirements
- Lead SIT, UAT, model validation, reconciliation, and production readiness activities
- Prepare functional design documents, solution blueprints, and regulatory documentation
- Act as the functional SME, mentor junior consultants, and manage client interactions throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements & Qualifications:
1- 8–12 years of Functional Consulting experience, including 5+ years in OFSAA ERM Suite
2- Hands-on experience with one or more OFSAA modules:
3- Strong knowledge of:
- ALM / IRRBB
- Liquidity Risk (LCR/NSFR)
- Basel III/IV
- ICAAP & Stress Testing
- OFSAA Rule Framework, Metadata Framework, Cash Flow Engine, and DIM/FCT structures
4- Experience leading functional design, configuration, testing, model validation, and UAT
5- Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory frameworks, and OFSAA implementation lifecycle
6- Experience leading client workshops, mentoring functional teams, and managing stakeholder expectations
7- Excellent analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing multi-entity, multi-currency OFSAA environments
- Exposure to RBI, EBA, PRA, Fed, or MAS regulatory frameworks
- FRM, CFA, PRM, or OFSAA certifications are an added advantage
