With a hybrid work model and day shift the analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems driving efficiency and innovation in project management.

• Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and implement solutions using Planisware to optimize project management processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and support to users facilitating the effective use of Planisware for project planning and execution.
• Conduct regular system audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency and adoption of Planisware functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and satisfaction.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Planisware with other enterprise systems.
• Prepare detailed documentation of system configurations processes and user guides for reference and training purposes.
• Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into project progress and resource utilization.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve system-related challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system management and data security.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and support business growth.
