We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) who can build scalable applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-performance product development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js
Build reusable frontend components and responsive UI interfaces
Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers
Work on cloud-based deployments and scalable architectures
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication systems, and real-time services
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Required Skills
Frontend
Strong experience with React.js
Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Experience with Redux / Context API
Responsive UI development using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI
Understanding of component-based architecture
Experience with API integration and frontend optimization
Backend
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
Experience building scalable REST APIs
Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
Experience with microservices architecture is a plus
Understanding of server-side performance optimization
Database and Cloud
Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
Familiarity with Firebase, Redis, or real-time databases
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines is preferred
Tools and Development Practices
Git/GitHub/GitLab version control
Agile/Scrum methodology
CI/CD concepts
Basic understanding of security best practices
Experience working in startup/product-based environments
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience working on SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, AI-integrated, or scalable enterprise applications
Understanding of WebSockets or real-time communication systems
Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, chatbot systems, or automation platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
