Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience who can take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively across teams. The role demands strong technical expertise along with leadership mindset, accountability, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver end-to-end development of web applications using Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Design and implement robust frontend and backend architectures, making sound technical decisions aligned with business goals
- Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Take full ownership of features/modules, from requirement understanding to deployment and post-release support
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Drive code quality, best practices, and coding standards through regular code reviews and constructive feedback
- Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Proactively identify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide efficient, scalable solutions
- Work with PostgreSQL (RDBMS) and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal data modeling and performance
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technical roadmap planning, and process improvements
- Demonstrate strong ownership mindset, accountability, and commitment to deadlines and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4 to 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Angular (modern versions)
- Node.js & Express.js
- TypeScript & JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5, CSS3
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good to Have- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Exposure to Kubernetes
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- Understanding of DevOps practices
