Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sr FullStack Lead. The Sr FullStack Lead will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring both front-end and back-end align with technical and business goals. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of developers, writing and reviewing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions. The role will also involve debugging, resolving technical issues, conducting code reviews, and staying updated with the latest development methodologies and technologies to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular
- Expertise in back-end development, including Node.js, Python, or Java, and database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with deployment pipelines and CI/CD tools
- Team leadership and collaboration skills, including mentoring developers and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in software design patterns, scalability principles, and system architecture design
- Problem-solving ability with debugging skills and experience in application performance optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Familiarity with EdTech products and platforms is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
