About The Role
We at
InRhythm are looking for a highly skilled
Lead UI Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in
Frontend development (70%) using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, complemented by
Backend experience (30%) in Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced agile environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of comprehensive experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on frontend and backend technologies.
- Proven proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks to create responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Experience utilizing version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
- Well-versed in Agile and Scrum development methodologies to ensure iterative and efficient project delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a focus on quality and performance.
Responsibilities
Frontend (Primary - 70%)
- Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js to meet user and business requirements.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries to promote scalability and maintainability.
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance code ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript to implement dynamic functionalities.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs to enable smooth data flow and interaction.
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API to handle complex application states efficiently.
Backend (Secondary - 30%)
- Develop and maintain Java-based Microservices utilizing Spring Boot to support scalable backend operations.
- Design REST APIs with a focus on security, scalability, and ease of integration.
- Contribute to service orchestration, API gateway management, and distributed systems design.
- Participate in database design and data integration tasks involving SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
