About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who's comfortable working across the entire
stack — from building responsive front-end interfaces in React to designing robust APIs
and managing databases. If you've also been experimenting with or shipping AIpowered
features, we'd especially love to hear from you.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll own features end-to-end, collaborate
closely with product and design, and have real influence over technical decisions at
CredFlow AI.
What You'll Do
• Build and maintain web applications using React.js on the front end and
Node.js / Express on the back end.
• Design, develop, and document RESTful APIs that are clean, scalable, and
secure.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases — MongoDB,
PostgreSQL, and MySQL — choosing the right tool for the job.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or
similar services).
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products — whether that's working with LLM
APIs, building intelligent features, or prototyping AI-driven workflows.
• Write testable, well-structured code and participate in thoughtful code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and improve system
reliability.
What We're Looking For Must-Have
• 3-5 years of professional experience in MERN stack / full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js — component architecture, hooks, state
management, and modern tooling.
• Solid back-end skills with Node.js and experience building and consuming REST
APIs.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, and at least one of PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services in a development or deployment
context.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with AI/ML integration — working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic,
etc.), building intelligent features, or prototyping AI-driven workflows. Personal
projects, hackathons, or production work all count.
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Understanding of authentication patterns (JWT, OAuth) and application security
basics.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a visible portfolio of side projects.
