Hiring: Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer
📍 Location: Pune (Work From Office)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# .NET WebAPI
• Build modern and responsive frontend applications using React / React Native
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable systems following SOLID principles and design patterns
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and overall application performance
• Lead technical decision-making, code reviews, and best engineering practices
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability and quality
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in C# .NET (WebAPI)
✔ Deep understanding of SOLID principles, clean architecture & design patterns
✔ Hands-on experience with React or React Native and Kotlin
✔ Strong PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design & query optimization)
✔ Experience writing unit tests & integration tests
✔ Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to lead projects and make technical decisions independently
🔹 Experience Required:
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience
