Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer – Full Stack to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will lead full-stack development initiatives, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure, high-performance applications using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using AngularJS / Angular
- Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services with Java & Spring Boot
- Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and QA teams
- Ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend layers
- Implement unit and integration testing
- Manage version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
Required QualificationsExperience
- 5+ years in professional software development
- Proven full-stack development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Technical Skills
- AngularJS / Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Java & Spring Boot backend development
- MongoDB (schema design, queries, performance)
- REST APIs, HTTP, web architecture
- Git, Maven, Postman
- JSON, XML
- Web security best practices
- Agile development & CI/CD
