We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with exceptional expertise in React.js and React Native, strong knowledge of the complete modern React ecosystem, AI proficiency, extreme ownership, product thinking, and a business-oriented mindset.
You should understand the customer problem, translate requirements into exceptional digital experiences, make strong technical decisions, anticipate risks, and take ownership from requirement clarification through production delivery.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE WE EXPECT
We need someone really solid in React.js, React Native, and the complete modern React ecosystem.
Strong practical knowledge of:
• React.js, React Native & Next.js
• JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
• React Hooks and modern React patterns
• Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API
• React Query / TanStack Query or similar tools
• Component architecture, reusable libraries, and design systems
• Storybook or similar component tooling
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Flexbox and Grid
• Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components or similar approaches
• REST APIs and frontend/backend integration
• Authentication and authorization flows
• WebSockets and real-time functionality
• React Native navigation, native modules, permissions, deep linking, push notifications, and platform-specific behaviour
• Android and iOS build/release processes
• Jest, React Testing Library, and modern testing approaches
• Git, CI/CD, npm/yarn/pnpm, and modern build tooling
• Performance profiling, optimization, browser tools, and production debugging
• Basic cloud, deployment, CDN, caching, server, and production-environment understanding
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React.js, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable frontend architecture and clean, reusable, maintainable components.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, high-performance customer experiences.
• Develop production-grade React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, third-party services, analytics, and real-time functionality.

• Own frontend outcomes from requirement clarification and architecture through testing, deployment, and production.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of strong frontend development experience.
• Deep production expertise in React.js and React Native.
• Strong experience with Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern React patterns, state management, and the broader React ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, performance, security, accessibility, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience building responsive web applications and production-grade mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, state/data management, asynchronous workflows, and error handling.
• Ability to independently debug complex frontend, React Native, performance, integration, and production issues.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys, customer value, product thinking, and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to own complex frontend problems from requirements through production.
• Strong communication, mentoring, teamwork, and technical leadership skills.
AI PROFICIENCY IS IMPORTANT
AI is not optional for modern senior engineers at Crebos.
You should be highly proficient with AI-assisted development tools and use them effectively for development, debugging, testing, code reviews, research, documentation, automation, and problem-solving.
