About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable frontend systems that handle millions of transactions securely and efficiently. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform, ensuring it is intuitive, performant, and accessible. Collaborating closely with product managers, backend engineers, mobile developers, and QA teams, you will help translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of frontend development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React. You should possess deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES2023+), including asynchronous programming patterns and concurrent rendering techniques. Experience in building and scaling applications serving millions of users is essential, along with a solid understanding of web performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals, TTFB, TTI, and FCP. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns such as OOP and SOLID principles, and experience with Agile practices like TDD, CI/CD, and pair programming are required. You should have a security-minded approach, understanding common web vulnerabilities, and be an advocate for accessibility standards, including WCAG compliance. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to collaborate effectively with our global team. Bonus points include expertise in Next.js 15, state management architecture, testing frameworks, and startup experience.

You will be responsible for reviewing code, driving performance optimizations, and maintaining accessibility standards across all interfaces. Additionally, you will shape the engineering culture through active participation in Frontend Chapter meetings, contribute to technical decision-making, and troubleshoot production issues, including performing detective work to resolve critical bugs and performance bottlenecks.
