The company is expanding its engineering team in Indore and is looking for a passionate and experienced Firmware Engineer to help build next-generation avionics systems.
Position: Firmware Engineer
The company is seeking a highly skilled embedded firmware professional with strong experience in microcontroller-based systems and embedded product development.
This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to contribute to safety-critical aviation technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize firmware for ESP32 and STM32 platforms aligned with product architecture and roadmap.
- Design and execute firmware testing and validation plans to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve embedded systems performance and reliability.
- Identify technical risks and schedule impacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to firmware architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
Team & Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to achieve bi-weekly sprint goals.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation in Confluence.
- Publish and manage source code using GitHub version control.
- Participate proactively in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a positive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
- Strong experience with:
- STM32 (mandatory)
- ESP32 (preferred)
- NXP/nRF or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
- Experience working with RTOS, communication protocols, and hardware interfaces.
- Proven experience developing firmware for embedded systems products.
- Understanding of safety-critical or avionics-grade development environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with LVGL and experience in DSP is a plus.

Candidates must:
- Have 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Be available for immediate joining
- Be willing to relocate to Indore, MP, India
