Job Role: Sr. Associate / AM (Sales and Client Management)
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any subject in Finance, Business, or a related field.
About the role: The key responsibility is to promote and sell mutual funds and other financial investment and insurance products to individual clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial products and a passion for building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve mutual fund sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Educate clients on mutual fund options, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow the compliance, regulatory, and ethics requirements to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in any subject in Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory (NISM 5A)
- Relevant experience in financial sales, preferably with a focus on mutual funds or similar investment products
- Strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and financial regulations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
