Company Overview
Hiring for a wholly owned Indian subsidiary (Design Engineering Services) of a leading US-based EPC MNC operating in the Oil & Gas sector, with offices in Noida and Bangalore.
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our Bangalore office in a middle-management capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end Finance & Accounting function.
- Lead Balance Sheet finalisation and financial closing activities.
- Manage statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, PF, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and interface with government/statutory authorities as required.
- Manage payroll processing using Saral.
- Maintain and manage accounting activities using Tally.
- Prepare and manage financial reports and MIS using MS Office/Excel.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and compliance activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably at a middle-management level.
- Strong experience in end-to-end accounting up to Balance Sheet finalisation.
- Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, PF and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Saral Payroll.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong team-handling and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in EPC / Engineering Services / Oil & Gas will be an added advantage.
Location & Language Requirement
- Bangalore-based candidates only.
- Candidate must be able to speak and understand Kannada.
- The requirement is immediate, so candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Salary is not a constraint. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the candidate's experience, skills and market standards.
