Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting strategic initiatives with financial insights, and collaborating with internal teams to drive financial performance. The role requires strong leadership in managing teams and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills, including Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Leadership and Team Management experience
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management abilities
- Advanced knowledge of financial tools and systems, such as ERP platforms
- Experience in the fintech, NBFCor financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
