Role Description
Millennium Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Senior Field Application Engineer / Team Lead to drive strategic technical engagement with key customers and support the conversion of Design IN to Design WIN opportunities across the region.
This role requires a seasoned professional who can combine deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills to influence design decisions, accelerate product adoption, and support revenue growth. The candidate will work closely with OEM customers, semiconductor suppliers, and internal sales teams, while also mentoring junior FAEs and strengthening the technical capability of the regional team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 8–15 years of experience in semiconductor distribution, electronic components, or embedded system solution environments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor design cycles, DIN/DWIN/PWIN processes, and OEM engagement models.
• Hands-on experience in embedded systems, analog, power electronics, microcontrollers, connectivity, or semiconductor-based solutions.
• Proven ability to influence customer design decisions and drive design wins.
• Strong customer-facing communication, technical presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring FAEs or leading technical engagements with key accounts will be highly valued.

• Ability to translate customer application requirements into practical technical solutions.
