Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Fashion Consultant at OGAAN INDIA PVT. LTD., located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personalized fashion consultations, providing expert knowledge on designer luxury products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include driving sales, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a premium customer experience in a multi-brand retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and expertise in Designer Luxury MBO Retail operations
- Experience in Fashion Consulting and styling for diverse customer needs
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building
- Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Passion for luxury fashion with a keen understanding of the latest trends
- Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment and collaborate effectively with a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; a degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
