Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Fashion Consultant, based in New Delhi. The Sr Fashion Consultant will assist customers by offering personalized fashion advice and tailoring recommendations to meet their individual style preferences. Responsibilities include providing in-depth product knowledge, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales through effective customer interaction, and collaborating with the team to grow brand loyalty. The role also involves staying updated on current fashion trends and communicating them effectively to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in Sales and driving conversions
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Passion for fashion and a good understanding of current trends in ethnic wear
- Previous experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
