Travel & Coordination Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized executive to manage travel arrangements and coordination activities for doctors, staff, conferences, workshops, and official hospital requirements. The ideal candidate should have exposure in travel coordination, hospitality, event management, or related service industries and should be capable of handling multiple assignments efficiently in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage flight, train, hotel, and local travel bookings for doctors, management, and staff
• Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences, workshops, CMEs, and official meetings
• Handle vendor coordination, booking schedules, and travel itineraries
• Ensure smooth execution of events and hospitality arrangements
• Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and travel planning
• Maintain booking records, invoices, and travel expense details
• Support conference and workshop logistics as required
• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination for all travel-related activities
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in travel industry, hospitality, event coordination, or administration
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and well-organized
• Ability to multitask and handle urgent requirements efficiently
• Strong vendor management and coordination abilities
• Prior healthcare/hospital exposure will be an added advantage
Experience
• 2–5 years preferred
