Position Title: Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition with prior experience in a PR/communications agency environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across multiple practices and supporting business hiring needs within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for PR and integrated communication roles and should possess strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for PR and communication roles across levels.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and team structures.
- Source relevant candidates from PR, digital, integrated communications, and allied agency backgrounds through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates based on role fitment, communication skills, client servicing exposure, and agency experience.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer discussions and salary negotitions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and candidate pipelines.
- Build a strong network within the PR and communications industry for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure closure of mandates within defined timelines while maintaining quality of hires.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of PR agency structures and communication roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing capabilities for agency talent across practices such as Corporate, Consumer, Tech, Healthcare, BFSI, Lifestyle, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and MS Office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from PR/Integrated Communication agencies preferred.
- Prior experience hiring for PR agencies.
- Experience in agency hiring or communication industry recruitment is mandatory.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
