Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive sourcing and talent acquisition for data analytics and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates for technical positions, deep knowledge of the analytics/tech talent market, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver on ambitious hiring goals.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Pharma, Scientific Writer, Editorial, Regulatory, PV, and other medical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, and business context.
- Source candidates using advanced search techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, and niche data/tech communities.
- Screen and assess candidates for role-specific medical competencies, domain expertise, and cultural fit, including conducting initial interviews and evaluations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Track and optimize key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, diversity, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in medical and healthcare recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and other recruiters to drive process improvements and hiring outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Medical, Life Science or Pharma domain, with a focus on hiring for Editorial, Project Management, Scientific Writing, Regulatory & PV roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and use of sourcing tools/automation.
- Experience evaluating candidates for life science skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Preferred/Desirable
- Experience recruiting for medical domain (Editorial, Project Management, Scientific Writing, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance) is a plus.
- Exposure to global or multi-location hiring.
