The group has built a strong reputation in the food and hospitality industry through its state-of-the-art central kitchen operations, premium pastry & cake retail outlets, and well-established family restaurants known for quality, consistency, and customer trust.
We are currently looking for experienced professionals for the following positions:
Role Description
- Raise and process purchase orders for food, beverage, and non-food items as per par stock levels.
- Coordinate with approved vendors for timely deliveries, pricing negotiations, and quality compliance.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the system on a real-time basis.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and report slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock to management.
- Issue materials to kitchen and other departments with proper documentation and authorization.
- Generate purchase, inventory, and MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure storeroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to FIFO & FEFO standards.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for invoice verification and payment processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Purchase Executive in the F&B / Hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience in POSIST software, including Purchase Orders, GRN, Stock Adjustments, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of food & beverage products, units of measurement, and yield factors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of vendor management and rate contracts.
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Supply Chain / Hotel Management preferred.
Working days – 6 days a week with rotational off.
