Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive – Production Planning and Control (PPC) located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for Microplanning activity in the Machine Shop, monitoring the production schedules, performing capacity planning, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Responsibilities will also include coordinating with various departments and ensuring the timely delivery of final products while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Depth and Technical understanding of Machine Shop Process Activity
- Strong skills in PPC Planning and Scheduling
- Proficient and hands-on skills in ERP Software
- Able to optimize processes and solve production-related issues
- Effective Communication and coordination skills with Internal Teams and Stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve production operations
Education
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or planning role is mandatory
