Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Account Executive – PR with hands-on experience in managing communications for Fintech brands, high-growth startups, and Venture Capital firms . The role demands strong execution capability, media understanding, and the ability to translate complex business and investment narratives into compelling stories. Key Responsibilities Account & Client Management Own day-to-day execution for assigned Fintech, Startup, and VC accounts Manage client communication, timelines, and deliverables independently Support account planning and campaign execution in collaboration with senior team members Media Relations Build and manage strong relationships with journalists across business, fintech, startup, and investment beats Draft press releases, media pitches, founder profiles, and thought leadership content Execute media outreach aligned with funding announcements, launches, and strategic milestones Strategic Communication Support Simplify financial, technology, and investment narratives into media-friendly messaging Support leadership profiling and spokesperson visibility Assist in shaping communication strategies for founders, CXOs, and investment teams Monitoring & Reporting Track media coverage and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant news cycles Ensure accurate documentation and reporting hygiene Team Collaboration Mentor junior executives and interns on execution and best practices Coordinate with internal teams including design, digital, and strategy Maintain internal trackers, calendars, and processes Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations or Strategic Communications Mandatory experience working with Fintech companies, startups, or VC firms Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, funding stages, and investor communications Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven
