Job details:
1. Marketing Execution & Campaign Support -
- Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and webinars
- Coordinate product, solution, and technology-led campaigns for business verticals including sugar, grain, molasses, brewery, and biogas
- Assist in launching new solutions and technical initiatives in coordination with sales and technical teams
- Ensure campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals are met.
2. Digital Marketing & Content Management -
- Coordinate with digital and creative agencies for:
o Social media planning and execution
o Website updates and content uploads
o Emailers, newsletters, and quarterly magazine
- Drive content creation and publishing workflows including:
o Drafting, coordination, approvals, and posting across LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, and technical communications
- Oversee development of product videos, technical competency videos, and marketing creatives with external vendors
- Track digital performance and compile monthly analytics reports (campaign metrics, engagement, reach, leads)
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination -
- Liaise with external partners such as:
o Creative agencies, digital partners, printers, event vendors
- Ensure timely sharing of briefs, regular follow-ups, approvals, and documentation
- Maintain organized records for:
o Creatives, content assets, vendor communication, and final deliverable
4. Events, Webinars & Offline Marketing -
- Support planning and execution of industry events, webinars, and trainings
- Coordinate event logistics including:
o Vendor coordination, promotional materials, invitations, and post-event communication
- Support preparation of marketing collaterals such as:
o Presentations, brochures, standees, product literature, and event kits
- Assist with lead follow-ups and event reporting
5. Brand & Collateral Management -
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
- Maintain updated repository of:
o Product brochures, presentations, technical decks, and marketing collaterals
- Support development of thought leadership content such as:
o Whitepapers, articles, case studies, and technical documentation
6.Reporting & Internal Coordination -
- Prepare marketing MIS, activity trackers, monthly reports, and dashboards
- Support Marketing Head in daily coordination and ongoing strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal processes including:
o Timelines, approvals, documentation, and execution standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and execution capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Good understanding of B2B marketing; exposure to industrial/technical/manufacturing sectors preferred
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube)
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools/platforms
- Strong vendor management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Creative and strategic mind-set with strong execution focus
- Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
