Sr Executive/Lead Analyst - Procurement
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Executive/Lead Analyst - Procurement to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, global procurement, vendor management, and supplier onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding of new suppliers.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in procurement, global procurement, vendor management, and supplier onboarding process.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement software.
