The Role: Executive / Senior Executive – HRBP
Purpose of the Role
The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives aligned with business goals. The role requires strong exposure to FMCG operations, plant/field workforce management, and hands-on execution of core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with business leadership on strategy, annual plans, and workforce forecasting
- Translate business priorities into integrated people strategies
- Use workforce analytics to identify talent risks, attrition trends, and productivity gaps
2. Organizational Effectiveness & Design
- Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives
- Drive role clarity, span of control, and governance alignment
- Build agile, scalable team structures
3. Talent & Leadership Strategy
- Manage succession planning and leadership pipeline
- Coach leaders on effectiveness and people impact
- Develop differentiated talent strategies for high performers
4. Performance & Productivity Enablement
- Align KRAs and rewards with business outcomes
- Address performance gaps and low performance management
- Drive workforce optimization and productivity initiatives
5. Culture, Change & Transformation
- Lead people agenda during expansions and transformation initiatives
- Reinforce desired leadership behaviors and company values
- Drive structured communication during change
6. Risk, Governance & Compliance Advisory
- Advise leadership on compliance and employee relations risks
- Ensure HR governance frameworks are consistently applied
- Manage complex and sensitive employee matters
7. HR as a Value-Creating Function
- Transform HR into a strategic, value-adding function
- Measure HR impact through engagement and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with COEs to tailor HR solutions
