We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Executive β HR to join our team and play a pivotal role in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Drive end-to-end hiring processes, coordinate with agencies, and ensure timely closures.
- Induction & Onboarding: Ensure smooth candidate experience with structured induction plans.
- Employee lifecycle Management : Designing meaningful employee experiences across every stage.
- MIS & Analytics: Analyze HR data to track site processes and plan improvements.
- IT Enablement: Support HR digital transformation for better delivery.
- Data Management: Maintain HRMS records and ensure compliance in employee file management.
- Employee Engagement: Launch initiatives, track engagement scores, and implement tools to capture employee sentiment.
- People-Oriented Culture: Design recognition programs and deploy initiatives that motivate and inspire.
π Candidate Profile
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 5β10 years of HR Generalist role
Strong exposure to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition
π Location: Tata Steel SEZ - Gopalpur (Odisha)
