Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead platform-first visual communication for Purplle’s e-commerce ecosystem. This role focuses on designing high-converting, visually compelling creatives across app, website, CRM, and performance marketing touchpoints while maintaining strong brand consistency.
The ideal candidate understands beauty and skincare aesthetics, platform merchandising, customer behavior, and performance-driven design. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment with quick turnaround timelines and strong ownership of creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & E-commerce Design
- Design homepage creatives, campaign landing pages, category banners, offer strips, widgets, and merchandising assets for web and app.
- Create high-converting platform visuals aligned with business objectives, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints within the Purplle ecosystem.
CRM & Performance Creatives
- Design creatives for emailers, push notifications, WhatsApp, app notifications, and retention campaigns.
- Develop static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels.
- Optimize designs based on CTR, conversion, engagement, and campaign insights.
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Translate campaign concepts into scalable design systems across multiple formats and sizes.
- Collaborate with marketing, category, growth, and content teams for end-to-end campaign execution.
- Maintain strong visual storytelling while balancing performance and business goals.
AI & Creative Innovation
- Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for faster ideation and creative production.
- Explore new design trends, motion styles, and digital-first visual formats relevant to beauty commerce.
Design Operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution, organized files, and production-ready outputs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative quality standards.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or D2C brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing platform banners, CRM creatives, campaign design, and digital merchandising.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Working knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
- Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows is preferred.
