Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling RoC-specific legal and compliance matters, including ensuring adherence to applicable corporate and regulatory requirements
- Managing compliances related to FDI-regulated entities
- Overseeing global operational compliances, currently focused on UAE-related requirements
- Conducting gap assessments and driving implementation of compliance frameworks such as DPDPA, ESG, ISO, and other governance standards
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, while ensuring controlled and compliant data-sharing practices within the scope of governance and compliance requirements
- Supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of governance policies, SOPs, and compliance processes across functions-Ensuring timely regulatory filings, documentation, compliance tracking, and maintenance of statutory records-Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen organizational governance and risk management practices-Staying updated with evolving regulatory requirements and assisting in implementing necessary compliance changes across the organization
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills
- Decent understanding of Financials
- Good with numbers and hence strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Should be a self-starter and Multitasker.
- Good interpersonal skills and a great team player.
- Delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with external stakeholders and internal colleagues at all levels
