Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive in the Employee Transportation Services (ETS) division, based in Bengaluru. The role includes overseeing daily transportation operations, coordinating with clients to ensure seamless service delivery, managing schedules, and addressing any operational challenges. The Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring vehicle availability, adhering to compliance standards, and maintaining service quality, while effectively managing driver and client relationships. This role requires proactive problem-solving and excellent communication to ensure the smooth running of transportation services.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including team coordination and logistical planning
- Client relationship management and excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on efficiency
- Knowledge of employee transportation services, vehicle fleets, and compliance standards
- Proficiency with technology tools and systems used in transportation management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Relevant experience in fleet operations and transportation/logistics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred
