🔯 Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree (MBA / LLM – Preferred)
🔯 Experience: - 3–10 years
📌 Key Skills Required: -
- Strong knowledge of risk management, regulatory policy, auditing, and financial crime prevention.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate them clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and training skills.
📌 *Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance standards.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks and recommend necessary changes.
