Role Description
We’re looking for a communication-first marketing professional, someone who can think, ideate, create, write, coordinate, and execute.
You will work across brand, internal content communication, online and offline marketing strategies and responsible for on-ground management during campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business and project ideas into clear, compelling communication
Assist in planning and executing campaigns (digital + on-ground)
Coordinate with agencies, designers, and vendors
Track and monitor basic campaign performance
Support internal communication across teams
Draft notes, announcements, and team culture-led initiatives
On-ground coordination during events
Qualifications & Skills
4–5years experience in Mass Communication / Marketing / MarCom
Social media savvy with a good understanding of platforms and trends
Basic working knowledge of AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar) for content and productivity
Comfortable using simple design and execution tools like Canva
Knowledge of software and tools for basic video editing Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable in an evolving and non-rigid role
