Role: Bid & Proposal
Designation: Sr Executive
Experience: 4+ Yrs
Locations: Mumbai / Delhi
CTC Budget: 7-11 LPA
This is for Global practice. Both Indian and global experiences are okay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid and proposal lifecycle for strategic pursuits, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Collaborate with partners, pursuit leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop compelling proposals.
- Develop proposal structures, storyboards, win themes, and customized messaging tailored to each opportunity.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, submission guidelines, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with design, research, pricing, and content teams to produce high-quality proposal documents.
- Track and manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and internal review cycles to ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain pursuit pipeline trackers, bid documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Support preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and pitch materials for client submissions.
- Conduct research on client requirements, industry trends, and competitor insights to strengthen proposal content.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of proposal templates, knowledge repositories, and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in bid management, proposal writing, and tender documentation.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance management.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and proposal management tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced pursuit environments with strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in bid/proposal management.
- Experience from Non-IT sectors preferred such as consulting, infrastructure, professional services, or advisory firms.
- Prior exposure to global or large enterprise RFP processes is an advantage.
