About the RoleThis is a high-visibility role within our finance team, offering direct exposure to real estate project funding, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
You will work closely with leadership and lenders, gaining hands-on experience in how large-scale real estate projects are financed and executed.

What You’ll Be Working On🏦 Banking & Financial Closures
- Drive coordination with leading institutions like HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank
- Support loan closures, disbursement cycles, and lender documentation
- Get exposure to real-world deal structuring and funding processes
📊 Project Finance Exposure
- Work on construction finance and project-level funding
- Assist in preparing financial data, lender notes, and documentation
- Learn the lifecycle of real estate financing from approval to execution
💰 Treasury & Cash Flow Visibility
- Track and analyze project cash flows and fund utilization
- Contribute to MIS reporting and financial planning
- Understand how capital is managed across multiple projects
⚖️ Compliance & Escrow Management
- Work within the framework of MahaRERA
- Gain hands-on experience in escrow mechanisms and regulatory compliance
- Support audit and lender reporting requirements
🤝 Cross-Functional Exposure
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and accounts teams
- Interact with external stakeholders including lenders and consultants
